			Certification Process. Please read carefully. This process takes time and dedication. There is a lot to learn and do and you need to devote the time to the work that it and you deserve: There are several steps required to gain certification: 1. Completion of the Home Study Course is the prerequisite to attend any hands on workshops. During the home study students keep a simple log of thier observations and practice sessions 2. Introductory, Advanced, 1, 2 & 3 Workshops 3 Successful completion of required logs, reading, reports and practice sessions submitted according to the deadlines. Thirty practice sessions are required between each workshop section and 200 are necessary for certification. All sessions are notated on log forms provided. 4 Six Teleclasses. May be taken anytime. Pre recorded, downloadable classes do not count. Students must be on the live calls and participate in the session. 5 There are three required books to read and complete a simple written narrative on. One is the home study course. Students may not progress from one step to the next without completion of the work required for each segment. Below is a detailed description of each of the steps: Home tutorial course, Ancient Sounds for a New Age is the pre-requisite for attending the hands on workshops. This course contains an ebook, dvd and cd. Students take a few months to work through the instructional material and keep a log of their practice sessions to be handed in 2 weeks prior to the Introductory Workshop. Two day Introductory Workshop (15 hours) offered in the San Diego, Ca. area three times a year (January & June & October ). All workshop participants will have completed the tutorial materials and documented practice sessions to qualify for this therapeutic hands-on workshop. The workshop will build on the information provided in the home study course and introduce Basic Energy and Meditation Techniques. Upon completion of the workshop students will have conducted one introductory level healing session composed of Tingsha diagnosis, Ganta & Dorje energy simulation and a nine bowl matrix layout. "While I had watched the DVD on several occasions, it was through the hands on weekend workshop that I could really begin to experience and appreciate the subtleties of striking the bowls around the head region in a softer and gentle manner, learn the importance of working with breath in sustained singing of a bowl, and become aware of the tingshaw nuances and the intricacies of the ganta. The workshop allows for all of this and so much more and is a very worthwhile endeavor to gaining mastery in the use of the instruments for sound healing." I look forward to continuing my education at the Tibetan Bowl School." Tanya, CA Group 'Practicum' will be available in the San Diego area for students to practice and receive guidance. Some in Chicago and Denver areas. Between Workshops: Students will be provided materials to study and read. Additionally practice sessions will be documented in their training logs. Reading list to be provided. Mentoring Sessions: Students are given 3-4 private phone mentoring sessions with Diane between workshops to review their logs and discuss any issues that come up during thier practice sessions Teleclasses: Students will participate in at least six teleclasses of their choice; (teleclasses are offered monthly). Advanced Workshops 1-3 are offered three times a year in the San Diego area. Each workshop builds on the information of the previous one. Each level will provide 10-12 hours of class time. Students will be required to keep practice session logs throughout their course of study for a total of forty-five hours of instruction plus two-hundred hours of practice. "The class was wonderful! It added a lot to have both perspectives and to witness such a lovely easy working relationship."Susan CA These workshops focus on the honing of skills in the usage of; Advanced Level 1: 10-12 hours Advanced Bowl configurations, usage and patterning Advanced Tingsha and Ganta/Vajra techniques Using the Vajra to channel prana Sacred geometry matrix patterning Energetic/ Elemental Pathways training Understanding & Working with the lower chakras energies Advanced Level 2: 10-12 hours Bowl configurations, usage and patterning 2 Ganta energy stimulation 2 Vajra prana channeling 2 Tingsha energy practice 2 Introduction to the 'Eight fold path of healing' Introduction to practice techniques on back Working with & understanding the upper chakras energies Intuition skill building and the use of Visualizations Advanced Level 3: 10-12 hours Continuation of Bowl, Ganta, Vajra & Tingsha practices Further explanation into the 'Eight fold path of healing' Introduction to the use of Toning, Color & Gemstones within sessions Introduction to Sound Healing techniques on animals Integration with other healing modalities Building a healing practice Within each workshop a large number of ancient Himalayan Singing Bowls, Tingshas and Ganta/Vajras are provided for use and or purchase. Practice Sessions: Students will be required to complete 200 hours of practice sessions to receive certification. Evaluation. Students will be tested and evaluated on their knowledge of: known history, philosophy, healing roles of the instruments; witnessing skills and the energy textures created with the instruments; personal development, Bowl layouts, flow, manner, Intention setting, Intuitive skills, Visualizations, Ganta/Vajra and Tingsha application, Energy lines, Chakras and Basic Energy Anatomy. Each student will be given several written case studies to evaluate and discuss options. She or he will conduct a full advanced sound healing session and be evaluated by Diáne Mandle, Richard Rudis, a group of peers (if available) and self.		object width="640" height="385">
